Purchase Terms

Rankpulse offers software solutions (SaaS) for Local SEO management, including: • Monthly/Annual Subscriptions: Recurring access to the platform. • Lifetime Deals (LTD): One-time payments that grant lifetime access to specific features according to the plan purchased (Starter, Pro, Agency). • GeoCredits: Credits for the use of the GeoGrid functionality.

One-time payment plans (Lifetime Deals) are subject to the following rules: • Scope: "Lifetime" access refers to the useful life of the Rankpulse product while it is marketed by the OWNER. • Usage Limits: Each LTD plan (Starter, Pro, Agency) has defined limits for locations and included credits. • Personal/Agency Use: The license is non-transferable and cannot be independently resold to third parties. • Updates: LTD plans include all future updates of the core purchased functionalities.

• Nature: Credits are consumed for each grid point scanned. • Expiration: Purchased GeoCredits do not expire as long as the account is active. • No Refund: Once credits are consumed in a GeoGrid run, no refund will be issued for them.

• Prices are expressed in euros (€). • Taxes: VAT will be applied according to current regulations in Spain and the European Union (OSS) depending on the CLIENT'S location. • The OWNER reserves the right to modify prices, always respecting the rates of already active subscriptions until their renewal.

• Gateway: Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe. • Billing: The system automatically generates invoices that the CLIENT can download from their administration panel. It is the CLIENT's responsibility to keep their tax data up to date.

• Return Guarantee: For LTD plans and initial subscriptions, there is a period of 14 calendar days to request a full refund if the CLIENT is not satisfied, provided there has been no abusive use of the platform's credits. • Exception: No returns will be made if more than 10% of the GeoCredits included in the pack have been consumed or if bulk actions have been performed that involve infrastructure costs for the OWNER.

• The CLIENT can cancel the renewal of their monthly or annual plan at any time from the "Billing" panel. • Access will remain active until the end of the already billed period.

• The OWNER is not responsible for Google Business Profile account suspensions resulting from inappropriate use by the CLIENT. • The CLIENT is the sole owner of their clients' data and responsible for complying with the GDPR when managing them.

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any controversy will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, Spain.
